I have a connection between my bluray and fios router but when I try to get Netflix it says I have no Internet. What am I doing wrong.

If it's a wireless connection, you have to enter your router's WiFi password when you connect to it in the Bluray player network setup.  If it's wired, make sure the Bluray player is setup for a wired connection, not a WiFi connection.
