Telemundo HD National Feed?

Why is Telemundo HD National feed not available for those markets where the local Telemundo affiliate does not transmit in HD?  Here in Tampa, the local Telemundo station is a low-power station which is only SD.

Hey YankeeFan, if your local cable provide has a contract to broadcast Telemundo HD then we don't have the right broadcast the channel.
