Time Warner Cable SportsNet Says I don't subscribe

I'm trying to sign into both the Time Warner Cable SportsNet website and mobile app on android and when I sign in through Verizon you claim I don't subscribe to the channel. The channel is currently being viewed on my TV as I write this. I was able to sign in a few days ago and now I can't. Please fix this.
