Every chennel I try to sign in to using my verizon User name and password I get a similar message like the one below when i tried logging in to CNN.:

To watch CNN, you must subscribe to a FiOS TV package that includes CNN. Shop now.

I have a FIOS TV package which includes CNN, ABC and many others. This has been happening for 3 days. What can be done to correct this issue?
