Anyone know why this happens? Installed fios 12/22/2016 and it all works great except for when trying to watch DVR content on my ipad. It says to try again later as it cannot connect to the VMS. I need to solve or cancel within my 14 day no ETF period.

Use attach log option.
I assume you are using quantum gateway router?
