Last night, we rented Sully HD and watched for awhile. When we went back to continue watching, it was pixelly and wouldn't play. I tried again today and got the same result.

What can I do?

Do you have more than 1 stb?

If so, can you try it from another one and see if it happens there?

What about trying a free program to see if you have the same issue.

Can check coax connections for tightness starting at ont to stb.

Can also try to reboot router and stb.

If you can't great it to work right, contact customer service and ask for a refund.
