Hopefully some can help....I can log onto my Verizon with no problems. I then go to my services and hit TV which makes me log in again. as soon as I login, my computer says the internet is down, which its not. I have not changed my used id or password and I have always been able to login to my dvr from the computer to program shows.
also, I have the dvr manager for the iphone and when I try to login, it says invalid sign-in credentials. it seems to coincidental to me that they both don't work.
any suggestions would be appreciated.
