Verizon Fios TV Pleas wait for commercial break to end issue

When streaming CNN on my PC using Watch TV I receive a message stating that the program will return after the commercial break but it never does unless I refresh the computer page.  I've cleared my cache and cookies, but that hasn't fixed the issue.  I've also tried to used different browsers (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Firefox) with the same result.  Any suggestions?
