Verizon Has the Worse web site I have ever seen!

TV guide rarely works ,and they have no web surpport what so ever.

I have contacted them and they can't solve the problem. Am I alone ? They Have on line Tv guide that does not load.

You aren't by chance turning off your router when not in use are you?   The STB's need access to the internet (they talk via Coax to your router) to get their guide data and other information.   You need to leave the router on at all times.
