I saw the Verizon commercial advertising HBO directing customers to Verizon.com/HBO. I checked the website which advertises HBO for $10/month - Order Now. When I log into our account, I can only add HBO for $15/month. I tried a Chat and was given the same information. Today, I called the Care One Service phone number I was given in 2016. The message states that the mailbox is no longer being checked and to call 1-800-VERIZON. I called and spoke with Vic who assured me that he was part of Care One Service. Haha. He put me on hold a few times to "try" to get me the $10 deal but could only manage $15 with a $4 credit. He told me to add it online to get the $10 deal. I assured him that I had already tried that route. Sounds like false advertising to me.
What happened to Verizon's Care One Service?
Any terms listed on website? Sometimes these are limited. To maybe only new customers. Or people that are renewing.
