Volume has gone away on 1 channel

Out of the blu sound has disappered on Channel 100.(it was fine a day ago) Seemingly all other channels are okay. Any help would be appreciated

Thats a signaling problem. Please unscrew the coax cord that runs from the TV wall outlet to the back of the box. Unscrew it from both ends. Make sure the center pin is good and straight and has no oxidation on it. Screw both back on. If you are still having the problem, please send me a private message.
