What’s going on with OPTIMUM CABLE VISION OF WESTCHESTER? Since Thursday March 13, 2014 from the hours of 11:30am- 3:00pm the pictures and audio looks and sound like this on all my TV’s. On Tuesday March 18 a service technician completely rewired the whole house and I still have the same problem, is anyone has this issue and should I leave Optimum? http://youtu.be/DIDZjQS3ht0 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DIDZjQS3ht0&feature=youtu.be

FYI, you're talking with other uses of Verizon FiOS services. If you want to talk to Optimum uses, you should consider finding message boards specific to them either on their web site or public sites like Broadbandreports.com.
If you're considering switching to FiOS, you can read many opinions here. Note, however, that you don't see much traffic from satisfied customers as that's the nature of boards like this. I can tell you that I am quite happy with the services available on FiOS, but sometimes Verizon's pricing annoys the heck out of me.
