When will IMG 1.6 be deployed in Queens, NY

If anyone knows when it will be deployed that would be great. I have a multiroom dvr that is not able to stream anything since all my boxes are hd boxes, but since its free for a year I dont mind it being active, but would like to use it with hd streaming.

It's currently scheduled for 10/9, but their dates change a lot.
