White Line on Top of Screen

Hi

I just had my Verizon Fios installed 3 weeks ago and there has been a white line on the top of the screen since we got.  We had Service Electric Cable before and never had a line.  What are we suppose to do about this?

Every channel?

How is stb connected to TV?

Have you checked TV screen size setting?
