Art recently sent me a letter stating that if I switch to a two year contact verizion would reduce my bill by $20. Not up to $20 but exactly $20. Which by the way the the amount of the loyal customer discount I had that just expired. I have tried both the web site and customer service number both as written on the letter. Neither was able to give me any more than a $10 a month discont. ART YOU ARE A LIER.Quit sending offer if you are not going to honor them.

Take it up as a complaint to the BBB ( www.bbb.org). Verizon addresses these complaints promptly.
