I tried to get YouTube widget going again. Waited/talked to agent "Anahi". He had me do the things I had already done like reset the router etc. I gave him my ip address and he reset the boxes and no good. After an hour or so of running up and down stairs (and I'm not as young as I once was) he said he spoke to another department and he informed me the widget is not working from their end. This has been going on for a long time and they never inform people. If one departnent knows something then they should all be aware. Then again when you are world's apart...... PS for the short time I had Youtube it was good, I'll cherish those few weeks!
