Youtube 4k on fios one

I recently upgraded to fios one. When I switch to NETFLIX with a voice command through FIOS One and watch 4 k programming like Stranger Things my TV indicated HDR and the picture mode switches automatically to HDR. When I go to Youtube through FIOS one voice command it does not and picture mode stays standard. If I go to Youtube as an app on my TV without using Fios One the TV indicates HDR and the picture mode changes to HDR. Is this a collectable problem?

The YouTube channel on Fios does NOT support 4K HDR. Something I've been told is coming. It also doesn't support Dolby 5.1 or Atamos either. So far Netflix, a stick, Apple TV, or built in apps are the sources for 4K HDR.
