How do I turn off the annoying announcement of ANY channel that I have selected to watch - it is disturbing and tuens me off watching the next channel - anything I move to has to be announced by this female voice - I MUST turn ithis feature off! But how??

I have the very same issue - I was on phone for almost 20 min with Customer Service - they eventually had to get Tech support to research - the answer: They say it's not the verizon settop box (Model: QIP7232 2), it's my smart TV drivig this feature..  Intuitively, I this does not sould correct, but I have not yet to reach out to Vizio (Model: E75-E1).

VIZIO says it is not a function of the TV to announce channels on my Verizon Box - it must be related to the Verizon Box or Remote.
