I am getting an error when I try to play a video via FIOS TV Online for both MAX GO and HBO GO. The error is
video player error
HBO GO cannot play this show at this time.
Please try again later.
Same for MAX GO. I have tried different shows and different times. Any ideas?
We are getting the same video error. It would be so nice if we can use this hbogo or maxgo we have had it a month now and still getting the error and no help from verizon either. Any help would be great. Thank you.
people have had great luck trying the online chat sessions, give it a whirl. it might also just be the browser that you are using. make sure you are using internet explorer upto version 8.
make sure your logging in with your verizon id
I too am now having this problem. It used to work fine. Anyone know the cause of the problem or better yet, find a fix yet? My browser is not the issue, as I stated it worked fine before.
