i just had verizon fios installed last friday. the installer did not know how to connect to my tivo because it didn't accept a video card - i have a series 2, original tivo box. since then, it was discovered by the tech support that i had a faulty box and a new one was shipped. i still cannot seem to connect my tivo to the box and receive any stations above the local programming stations.
