media manager choopy video

Video runs fin on pc...choppy on TV

P4 2.6g computer, 3g of ram

new windows install nothing really running.  While video is on tv, cpu load right around 70%, so all good there.  Not sure why video is not playing well?  DVR is a few years old..

Any Ideas?

I don't know if it's the box or software that's the cause of the terrible video streaming quality as I know it's not my pc....I really wish they would get this video quality to run smooth....Media Manager would be so awesome if they could actually get video to stream in good quality without choppiness
