As part of purchasing MLB extra innings, it says that I have mlb.tv access as well.  Does anyone know how to watch mlb.tv using my verizon fios mlb extra innings access?

Probably as an app on smart tv or box like Roku or Apple TV.

You typically get asked to pick your provider and then login with your account info.
