HBO 901 is unavailable for a week now. I have called the customer service # with code number 8801-0901 last week, the solution was to get a new box. After installed the new box, same issue, still can't watch channel 901. Please help.
8801 is not a problem that requires a new box. That is a signal disruption. Please unscrew the coax cord from both ends that go from the wall to the box. Make sure both tips are straight, then reconnect it. If the problem is still persisting, then use a different coax cord. If you are still having troubles, then its a problem with the outlet, coax run to the outlet, or the splitter. Those aren't AS easy to fix. If my steps above do not fix it, please reply back so we can assist further.
