Read the threads on MSG-HD (and plus) and FCC ruling. Assuming that MSG and CV don't fight and win further delays, they must offer it to FIOS by Mid November.

Kind of off topic, but I really don't understand why the Islanders stay with MSG anyway. They always have to take a back seat to the Rangers and Knicks, and sometimes even the Devils. I don't know how long their current deal with MSG is, but you would think they could get superior coverage on SNY, along with freeing the club from the evil that is the Dolan family. On that note, who knows what kind of backroom deals and strong-arm tactics are keeping both the Islanders and Devils dealing with a sports network that owns the arch rival Rangers and treats the other teams accordingly.
