one adult VOD show is still displaying info and playing w/o PIN

I have a major problem. I have parental controls on to block R, MA and X shows from playing. I also have the "hide adult info" set as well. However, there is one VOD channel (Crackle Originals) that is allowing one show (Mommy XXX) to display the graphic adult info and to play the video without asking for the PIN. Why is that? Every other one is hidden. I checked by literally going through every VOD channel and show. I even reset the STB.

Any ideas on how to get this off my TV? I don't want the kids to see it. Thanks.

Ahh...this "show" is a show about porn stars and has a rating of TV-14.  That is why the info is displayed because it is not listed in the VOD guide as an adult show even though the description is filthy. I blocked the shows with the TV-14 rating and..voila...you can't play this show without the PIN.

But I am still disappointed that the graphic description is still displayed. Smiley Sad That is just wrong.
