next door neibor had there line cut by builder, fios came out installed temp, then neibor canceled service

Needless to say the 100feet of wound up cable has been laying out of the green box in the ground and on the side of the road for 2 months,

would be nice to have that eye sore removed

jeez, even i can see that you are just  trying to save Verizon some $$$ and  now in order to  "do the right thing" you are  gonna have to navigate that nightmare of trying to get  the phone rep to transfer you to someone who can actually handle the problem?  that "chat" option might be available  just before noon, seems   to be up then the most....can't for the life of me figure out how these subcontracted "installers/service techs" that don't finish their job stay employed.....(e.g.,  how any fiber optic cable  could ever be buried less than the legal # of inches deep   more than once by same team...once should be enough, if ya can't do the job, we'll find someone who wants to do it right to do it) sorry i digress......i hope they don't try telling you that you have to take a day off work for them to come fix it....tell 'em you didn't need to be there for them to mess it up! good luck
