tv picture very light/white

so when i turned my tv on i noticed the color was very faded/ light. i unplugged my tv one box and the problem fixed. what could’ve caused this

Possibly a loose connection somewhere. Did you move either the TV or the box at all? Check all the connections anyway, cant hurt!
