Difficult question.  Unfortunatly they do not have a map and timeline available. Basically, if you see verizon tearing up the streets while installing fios. Fios will go on sale on average about 6-8 weeks after they finish installing the fiber in the street. this is for Voice and internet only.

TV, depends on your city or township. In New York, Verizon has to negotiate for a tv franchise with each city. Depending on the politics in the city that can take anywere from 60 days to a couple years.

best bet is to go to this website....http://www22.verizon.com/residential/fiosinternet

check for availablity, and then when done then fill out the form for them to notify you and they will send you an email when it is ready.
