I switched from Comcast to Fios in mid Oct and the install was done on 29 Oct. During this time I was to received $200 toward their nest products and a $100 gift card. I received an e-mail with instructions on how to claim to nest products, but no link or snail-mail for the gift card. I was on the phone with Fios customer service multiple times with multiple phone numbers and get nothing but the run-around. This is not a satisfactory way to treat new customers. Can anyone help.
