$100 Visa Prepaid Visa Card for Gigabit internet connection

The "Refer A Friend" webpage below, only mentions a $100 Mastercard for new orders for any plan with Fios Gigabit Connection (it does not mention an addition $100 prepaid Visa card as it used to mention prior to 1/9/20):

However, the new "mix & match" webpage below, mentions a $100 Visa Prepaid Card for a new Gigabit internet connection:

Can a new subscriber for the Gigabit connection only, get the $100 Visa Prepaid Card as well (in addition to the $100 Mastercard using the referral code), if the user orders thru the Refer A Friend link or the Visa Card will only be awarded if the user orders using the mix & match link?
