Hello, I renewed my contract back in September and I received an email that I was eligible for a wireless giftcard. However I can't find any more details about this in my account. Should I just wait a little bit more time or go ahead and contact customer support?
I tried contacting support and was bounced around between MyRewards and automated machine. I was actually amazed when the automated machine just hung up on me. It seems I need to get in touch with the promotions department but I can't seem to find their number anywhere online.
