$200 Google Credit-no information how to redeem. No information found in my account

I just signed a two year contact with  Verizon and was told I'd receive a $200 credit towards Google products. I received an email saying I can do this now, but I have no way of finding the code? needed to do this. I've tried chatting, but the wait is too long and have not gotten any answers. Can anyone let me know how to redeem this offer, or it is actually real or a scam.
