I have literally been on hold with the number Verizon provides in order to cancel services for almost an hour and twenty minutes at the time of me posting this. I feel like this hold time is being artificially inflated in order to break my spirit and force me to stay with Verizon. That said, I would not be surprised if that line isn't even monitored. I need to cancel my service Verizon, so please pick up the phone. This practice should be illegal.
Call 1-800-verizon and say cancel.
