Account Online Access

I can access my account online but I can’t access Manage my Tv Services. It says call your Verizon Business Local Office, my account is Residential.  I have being bounced from one person to another. On October 29 a Ticket was created, and I was told that it will be fixed with 5 business days, still waiting. Enough is enough
