Amazon $100 Gift Card

I signed up in January, which included a $100 Amazon Gift Card.  I have still yet to receive it. I contacted Fios via Live Chat. I was told your gift card has shipped, please, call the support number to find out the ship date. I placed the call on June 27th to Fios support, and they transferred me to their rewards department where the person said it was emailed to me in February. They claimed it might be in your junk folder, so I scanned my whole email and nothing. I was told we are going to send it again and you should have it in 72 hours. I checked every day and today is July 19th nothing. Is this a scam to get you to sign up and you never receive your gift card?
