In January, I was checking my FIOS bill and noticed the splash advertisement on the Amazon & Echo for a 2-year renewal. I clicked on the offer and went through the screens to renew.
Strangely I never received any email confirmation from Verizon. However, the next day, I did see that my plan info had changed and it referred to being a modified billing cycle. I also saw the Amazon & Echo offer splash again, and did a screen snapshot of it as I never got a confirmation email.
So now its been over a month, and I haven't heard anything about redeeming the offer. I got online and did a very long chat with a Verizon specialist. After about 20 minutes, they came back and said that he say my renewal on 1/20/19, but that I didn't have the Amazon offer included! He refused to pass me to a manager to resolve this.
Please let me know how I can get this fixed. I still have my screen shot if needed.
