BBEE - setup personal web pages?

I'm a Verizon Broadband Essentials & Extras customer.

I want to setup the webpages that are part of the plan.

Where can I get the info to do this?

It is really bad since they have changed it to not support FTP.  Ftp or secure FTP allowed you to use lots of different tools to build your web page and then transfer the pages.  Now peronal web pages can only be built with the mediocre Site Builder tool.

They also certainly have hid it amongs the support pages.  for fios I found it at
