Found amazingly bad customer service policy that I was refused use of a bathroom at your Columbia, MD store; Which I believe is in conflict with the spirit of Maryland Law for retail establishments having a bathroom available.
Legality aside, its just bad customer service, I felt not welcome there and insulted considering I spend over $1000 a year with verizon and I can't get a bathroom. I'm looking cross eyed and cross legged at you guys.
Other than that the clerk's service was good.
