Longtime FIOS customer feeling totally slammed by Verizon. I signed in and was offered a great deal for two years at 119.99/month for our triple play bundle. I selected it and price changed to 129.99/month for bundle on confirmation page. Then the order email increased the bundle price to 139.99/month. Customer service chat and phone were not helpful in getting it resolved. I have screen captures showing price changes. Really upset to be treated so poorly. Last customer rep was unapologetic and attitude was too bad you ordered it.
