Bill Payment Complaint.

Hello,

My grandma has been helping me pay for my internet for about four months since I don't make that much money right now. Recently I logged onto my Verizon account & it says I owe $112.47! Just a couple of days ago my payment was the original $37.49. It says I need to owe $74.98 by 01/23/14 which is today. I am freaking out because my grandma already paid for the last month bill a long time ago so I have no idea why it says I need to pay $112.47. If anyone can please help me that'd be great. I can't have my internet shut off because of some mistake and its the only way I can contact people since I don't have a cell phone right now. Please check into it Verizon.
