Wow,  Verizon seems to be making a lot of promises they cannot or will not honor. I also recieved a promotion that I cannot redeem they are still advertizing it on TV.  I am taling about the Anazon Echo deal.  Like many of you  I have been calling everyday since 12/22, anf have gotten nowhere, ( expect the usual run around ) countless transfers to different departments.  I too believe it is all just a royal scam.  I hope anyone who signs up for Fios,  cancels as soon as their contract ends and doesn't hesitate to let Verizon know the reason.  Maybe Losing the almighty $$,  will help let them know without the customer they cannot survive.
