Bring back PC Protection To Fix Computer Problems............Verizon Support

I had the PC Protection Plan and was taken from me by mistake by a Verizon Customer Service person.   I was told they were working on getting to get it back for me. I kept calling to see what was going on with it. After weeks and weeks, I was told I couldn't get it back because they were getting rid of it.  Then I was told I could get TV protection for $12.95 which
was including in the PC Protection Plan.  So I lost out on the one thing that covered all my computer problems.
Another Customer Service person told me somethingelse was in the works. So far nothing.
Is there anything in the works for us?
