I’m have been trying to redeem a $200 gift card from signing up for Verizon fios. I got an email about redeeming it and see it in account overview on site and app. But when I click it just loops and says please wait. I have tried on different browsers and on app. On PC, Phone and tablet but it does not work. I have sat in chat and gone. Through loops of steps and nothing works. . I have sat trying to do this for a few weeks now to no avail. Is there any resolution? Or someone to talk to about this cause everyone I chatted with does not seem to be able to help.

Update: Posting here fixed the issue. Randomly went back to app and clicked link and it didn’t spin out bout actually loaded.

We had a similar issue trying to redeem our card. If I logged in under my account, I just got the endless loop. My wife logged in as a guest and it worked. Got the JBL bluetooth speaker, awesome.
