Broken utility box

We recently moved in our home and the prior owners moving company ran over the FIOS utility box, crushing it, leaving a large hole, and dangerously sharp jagged edged from the plastic box. This creates a hazard for the children playing the area.

Could someone please come out to repair. Thank you.

Frontier Communications acquired all broadband and landline services from Verizon in California, Florida, and Texas in 2016. Verizon no longer provides Fios in California.  Please contact Frontier Communications for assistance with your issue.
