I SENT BACK A CABLE CARD MORE THAN A MONTH AGO THAT I AM STILL BEING BILLED FOR AND THERE IS A PENDING ORDER HOLDING MY ACOUNT UP THAT IS{edited for privacy}. IS THERE ANYONE PREFERABLY IN THE AMERICA THAT CAN CLEAR PROFESSIONTLY OUT THIS WRONGING.
that pending order is probably something to do with you returning your card......it seems like they create orders with installation dates for every change on my account, even for downgrading speed of internet. They even sent a "thank you for your order" email that included an order number.....so if order is pending i think that means they don't know that they have rec'd your card yet.....do you have the tracking number from the return ? does it show as "delivered" when u chk online? if so, you can prove that you shouldn't be getting billed for it.
