CANT REDEEM VERIZON $200 Gift Card for new FIOS Service.


I set up new service for two different homes.  I received an email for one of the homes with a link to redeem reward.  Unfortunately, when I login into my account there is no option to register card.  With regard to second location, I never received a notice for the gift card.   I have called Verizon several times and no one seems to be able to resolve the issues.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
