Caller ID problem after power outage

Hurricane Irene left me with a 20 hour power outage - was able to get Caller id back on the 7216 and the 7100 p1 boxes but not on the 7100 p2 boxes (the black ones) have tried resetting boxes to no avail - thought at first it might be the fact that when power came back I had a new IP address but then realized not likely since it does work on 2 of the boxes (as noted above) after resetting them. I know this feature can be quirky but I have never had a problem - it has always worked for me - anyone else have a problem with caller id on the new boxes (7100 p2) ?

I have noticed that my caller ID ( On TV) has disappeared as well???
