Can not open/view my Check Trouble Ticket Status.

I get to the View status of an existing trouble ticket or service appointment, then when it tries to Verify I get-

Gateway Timeout
The proxy server did not receive a timely response from the upstream server.

Have tried to get the results for 2 days after spending hours online and on phone with Agents. My problem

has been corrected, but I want to know WHAT caused the problem.
