Can't Redeem My Echo 2 Offer

Same problem here, can’t redeem my Echo 2 offer. No help from Verizon.  I’ve had problem after problem with Verizon during the 1.5 months that I’ve had their service. Embarrassing.  I’ll be canceling service by weeks end.
