I have two phone accounts with Verizon, a home landline account and a wireless account. When I login to Verizon online, it brings up my wireless phone account. I can't access the account for my home phone. When I try to register an account for my home phone, I enter my account number and zip code, and then the system responds that I already have an account and provides a link to the logon page. Logging on from this page brings up my wireless account.
I would like to access my home phone account online but there is no way to do so. Please help.
